Progressive mag. republishes article detailing how Kitty Hawk, NC, Wal-Mart reported a local student to the Secret Service for a photo developed there, in which he gives a thumbs down to a photo of Pres. Bush; Secret Service subsequently questioned the student, his teacher, and then seized the poster where the photo was mounted as part of a school project on First Amendment rights, told teacher the offense "would be interpreted by the U.S. attorney, who would decide whether the student could be indicted" (he was not, ultimately indicted)...
