Casa Robles
Located in the city's historic center, 50 paces from
the Cathedral, this elegant eatery has an extensive menu, including
100 dishes, 40 desserts, and even a choice of 11 private dining rooms.
The street, once known as Mercaderes, boasted in old times a broad array
of merchants and workshops. Croquettes with fresh mint are among the
recommended specialties. Also, the mojama (dried tuna) with oregano
and tomato is emblematic, and the seabass with apricot vinegar demonstrates
the creative personality of the place.

Traditional dining in a restored 18th Century mansion.
The writer José Zorrilla is reported to have roomed here. The garden
is thought to be the setting of the first act of his most famous play,
Don Juan Tenorio. The cuisine has been passed from generation to
